When will my item(s) ship?

We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping on all orders. 

We use courier services through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If it is a smaller package, most likely it will be sent via USPS so be sure to check your mailbox for delivery. Once your order dispatches you will receive an email or SMS text notification. By clicking on the link you will be able to track your shipment. If for some reason you are unable to access your tracking, you can request it by emailing us at info@alongartworks.com. Most orders arrive in just 3 business days, however please allow up to 5 business days from the date of your shipping date. If you have not received it within 5 business days, please contact the courier along with your tracking number or contact us at info@alongartworks.com

International Shipping:

If an option is not currently available for your international order, please contact us with your shipping address and we will set it up for you at info@alongartworks.com

Damage During Shipping:

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a replacement by providing photos and all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection to info@alongartworks.com

How do I track my order?

You can quickly access your order by logging back into your account. As soon as your order ships, we automatically will send you a confirmation email.

If for some reason you are unable to access your tracking, you can request it by emailing us at info@alongartworks.com.

How much will shipping cost?

We ship within the United States at no additional charge. International shipping rates outside of the United States start at $29.99. Shipping within the United States is shipped First Class or Ground Shipping via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx.

Is my package insured?

We guarantee your satisfaction and we will give a replacement for purchased items in the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@alongartworks.com..

Why can't you ship to my country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries. If you are able to select your country when filling in your address, then we are able to ship most products to your country. Regardless of your country, we are not able to ship any frames or canvases larger than 35" x 43" overseas.



What is your exchange/return policy?

We allow exchanges on Non-Personalized (custom) art, unworn garments and accessories within 30 days of purchase. All of our work is original and custom made in the U.S. For this reason, all items are considered a final sale, and returns or refunds are not allowed.

Exchanges are not permitted on all signed limited editions and custom personalized works.

If you would like to exchange for another size or item, you may request it by email us at info@alongartworks.com along with your new size or item you would like. We do not send exchanges until your item is received by us. Please note that any worn garments (smell/stains) will not be exchanged and will be sent back to the purchaser.

There is a Limited Edition painting that I want but it is out of stock, will you add more?

Our limited editions, are truly limited editions. Once the series sells, there will be no more. This is important to the collector because exclusivity is what causes art to appreciate and earn interest over time.

I own one of your Limited Editions and I would like to sale/auction off, can I?

That is great and we encourage you to! Art appreciates; we keep our edition counts low for exclusivity and to expedite your return on investment. Limited Editions are always hand signed and numbered by ALONG. Each print also includes a certificate of authenticity in which you should give to your buyer after sale.

I am an art collector/retailer and would like to buy more several editions for trade or resale, do you offer special pricing?

We partner with businesses and brands with a similar brand essence and objective. We offer special pricing when purchasing 25 editions are more at a time. Please contact us at info@alongartworks.com to inquire.

What is an open edition?

An open edition is an art print that does not have an end cycle or number. It is not signed but features an signature image from the artist.



All of our work is original and made in our studio. We print daily using superior technology and materials to give you the best quality.

What is a Limited Edition?

A Limited Edition Print is a high quality photographic replication, produced using special dye printers. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist, and is released in a very small limited run to preserve the value of the print. You will easily be able to discern the textural detail of her paintings, and from a short distance they appear almost as rich as the original. However, please note that these are still two-dimensional prints.

What is a Giclee Watercolor Print?

Our fine art prints are produced using the finest giclee (zhee-CLAY) process onto Certified 100% Watercolor cotton rag for texture and lush vibrancy. The word Giclee was taken from a version of the French word 'la giclée' meaning, 'that which is sprayed or squirted'. Giclee printing is also meant to produce a product at a higher quality and longer lifespan.

What is a Certified Hahnemuhle Print?

Our giclee prints are produced on Hahnemuhle 100% cotton papers. Founded in Germany in 1584, the Hahnemühle mill has been producing quality fine art papers for six centuries. All Hahnemühle paper is acid-free and therefore highly age resistant. Hahnemühle products are available in a wide range of sizes, weights, surfaces and colors, to meet the needs of artists and archivists all for whom paper is both an everyday working tool and a final output media.
